Goods Returns

Sheppee equipment is engineered to last for many years. Correct maintenance and regular audits will ensure trouble-free production. However should a component break, Sheppee support team will investigate the reasons and provide a solution, replacement or repair. Customers can book items to be repaired with support@sheppee.com. Items within and out of warranty can be accepted.

Audits

The customer support team can complete technical audits on site to uncover deficiencies in the condition of the equipment, on-site maintenance techniques and training in a systematic and objective manner.

A technical audit is primarily a management tool and secondarily a technical tool. It provides the organisation with an opportunity to determine whether equipment maintenance activities are being or have been implemented and whether the production staff requires any further training. It also provides the basis for taking action to correct any deficiencies that are discovered and help the customer to hit and exceed production targets.

Audits may also be used as an investigative tool where problems may be suspected.  They can be scheduled in advance around a customer’s production schedule.

At the end of an audit engineers will provide you with documented recommendations aimed to help you enhance the performance of the equipment, as well as improve the cost-efficiency of your projects.
