The SPEEDLINER⁶⁵ is designed to future proof hot end ware handling and surpass the ever-increasing demands of the industry. A three axis fully servo Lehr Loader utilising Siemens technology and zero backlash positive drives, provides an unrivalled performance operating at cross conveyor speeds of 65 meters per minute. The SPEEDLINER⁶⁵ features “Auto Lehr tracking” to eliminate base defects as containers are positioned on the lehr mattress. With superlative motion control and positioning the SPEEDLINER⁶⁵ offers advanced container stability and repeatability into the Lehr and eliminates any requirement of a ware-steady.
