Sheppee believes in giving excellent service to its customers long after their equipment has been installed.  Regular visits by Sheppee Regional Sales Directors, RISE Group companies Managing Directors, Technical Sales/Area Managers and commercial representatives ensure that the customer has the opportunity to bring any issues with equipment in operation to our attention so that they may be resolved as quickly as possible.  In a 24-hours-a-day production industry, it is essential for the container manufacturer to have committed, quality support from a supplier.

Sheppee also has a robust Warranty policy, too, and will replace or repair as soon as possible – and with little fuss.
